Information we collect

  • Contact information — name, email address, and mobile phone number when you subscribe or create an account.
  • Account and profile data — artist name, bio, profile images, and content you upload.
  • Commerce data — order details, shipping address, and payment-related metadata processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Usage data — pages visited, device/browser type, and analytics events to improve the service.
  • Communications — messages you send us and SMS delivery/reply metadata when you participate in our text programs.

  • Provide and operate the platform, including artist profiles and the shop.
  • Send promotional emails and text messages you opted in to receive, including new releases, merch, events, and artist updates.

If you opt in on our website by submitting your mobile phone number after reviewing the on-screen disclosure, you may receive recurring promotional SMS and MMS messages from GetValerio about music, merch, events, and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information and messaging opt-in/consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate GetValerio (for example: hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, and analytics), solely to provide services to us under contract.
